Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of amtekkie.com (the "Site"), run by Anurag Mukhopadhyay (trading as amtekkie solutions). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. Who we are

amtekkie.com is a personal site and the public face of amtekkie solutions, a one-person operation based in India. The "us" is small — Anurag, his wife Nabanita, and their newborn Aarnik — but the work and the contract behind it are done by Anurag. You can reach us at hello@amtekkie.com.

2. What the Site is for

The Site is a mindmap: it shows what Anurag builds and writes, and it lets you buy products and services. Some content is free to read; some is paid. Nothing on the Site is offered as professional advice unless we explicitly say so in writing.

3. Your account and conduct

If you create an account (for example, to buy something or leave a comment), you keep your password safe and are responsible for activity under it. You agree not to:

• use the Site for anything illegal or harmful;
• try to access systems, data, or accounts that aren't yours;
• spam, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Site or its comment sections;
• post content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you don't have the right to post.

We can suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, if we believe these terms are broken.

4. Products and services

Paid products and services are also governed by their own licensing terms — see the Licensing page. Where a product or service has its own terms, those terms apply alongside these. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and we may change prices at any time.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by third-party processors; we never see or store your full card details. Because most of what we ship is digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case — if something is broken or not as described, email us and we'll make it right. We're a one-person shop, so we'll talk to you directly.

6. No warranty

The Site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We don't promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent the law allows, you use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, amtekkie solutions and Anurag Mukhopadhyay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product or service bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product or service, or ₹1,000 — whichever is greater.

8. Third-party links and content

The Site links to GitHub, social media, and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. External repos and code are under their own licences.

9. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, and we'll always try to sort things out by email first.
